My new David Clark headset arrived earlier than expected and everything was perfect. Whole order/delivery experience was excellent.

With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation.
